Welcome to Ideal Minds. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at idealmindscoaching.com, the "Find Your Neuro-Archetype" quiz, the IdealMind chatbot, discovery call bookings, and any related services we provide (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old to enter into a binding contract with Ideal Minds. Our coaching services are designed primarily for young adults aged 16 to 30. If you are between 13 and 17, you may use the Services and book coaching only with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. We do not knowingly provide Services to children under 13.

Ideal Minds offers life and executive-functioning coaching for neurodivergent young adults, group programs, a digital tool ecosystem, and informational content. The website also offers a self-guided Neuro-Archetype quiz and an AI-powered chat assistant ("IdealMind") that can answer questions about our work and approach.

The specific terms of any paid coaching engagement (scope, duration, pricing, scheduling, cancellation) will be set out in a separate coaching agreement between you and Ideal Minds. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and that agreement, the coaching agreement controls for that engagement.

Ideal Minds is a coaching service, not a medical, psychological, or psychiatric provider. Our coaches are not licensed therapists, doctors, or clinicians, and the Services are not a substitute for diagnosis, therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.

Nothing on the website, in the quiz results, or in any chatbot response is medical or clinical advice. We do not diagnose ADHD, Autism, or any other condition. If you think you may need a diagnosis, mental-health treatment, or any other medical care, please consult a licensed professional.

If you are in crisis or believe you may harm yourself or someone else, please call your local emergency number immediately. In the United States, you can also call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

The Neuro-Archetype quiz is a self-reflection tool. Its results are informational and motivational; they are not a clinical assessment and are not a substitute for evaluation by a qualified professional.

The IdealMind chatbot is an AI assistant that produces responses automatically. It can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions, and verify anything important with a person.

By using the quiz or chatbot, you understand that your inputs are processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

When you use the Services, you agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Submit information about another person without their permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the website, the quiz, the chatbot, or our infrastructure.
• Use the Services to harass, threaten, or impersonate any person, or to upload content that is hateful, defamatory, or sexually explicit.
• Probe or test the vulnerability of the Services or breach any security or authentication measures.
• Use any automated means (bots, crawlers) to access the Services, except for well-behaved search engine indexing.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for any user we believe is violating these Terms or putting others at risk.

Pricing for our coaching programs and group memberships is shown on the website and is current at the time of publication. Pricing may change; the price you pay for a specific engagement is set out in the coaching agreement or order confirmation you receive.

Payment terms, billing schedules, refund eligibility, and cancellation rights are governed by the coaching agreement or membership terms applicable to your purchase. The Services — including the website, the I.D.E.A.L. Launch System framework, the quiz, the chatbot prompts and responses we generate, our written content, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Ideal Minds or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your own informational and non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written permission.

When you submit information through the quiz, the chatbot, the contact form, or any other input on the Services ("User Content"), you keep ownership of it. You grant Ideal Minds a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display your User Content as needed to operate, improve, and deliver the Services to you, and to comply with our legal obligations.

You are responsible for the User Content you submit. Do not submit anything you do not have the right to share, and do not submit information about another person without their permission.

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party platforms, including Calendly (scheduling), our hosting and analytics providers, social media platforms, and the IdealMinds Tech ecosystem. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that service's own terms.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from a course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any information you obtain through them will be accurate or reliable.

We do not guarantee any specific outcome from coaching, the quiz, the chatbot, or any other part of the Services. Results depend on many factors that are unique to each person and are not within our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Ideal Minds, its founders, employees, contractors, coaches, or service providers be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid Ideal Minds for the Services in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ideal Minds and its founders, employees, contractors, coaches, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any rights of another person.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at info@idealmindscoaching.com and try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 60 days, either party may pursue the claim in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you and Ideal Minds each consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services at any time for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
