Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice

Washington's My Health My Data Act (RCW 19.373) and Nevada's consumer health data law (NRS 603A) require any business that collects information identifying a consumer's past, present, or future physical or mental health status to publish a separate, standalone privacy notice describing that collection. This document is that notice. It is in addition to, and incorporated by reference into, our general Privacy Policy.

When you complete the Neuro-Archetype quiz or interact with the IdealMind chatbot, we may collect:

• Self-reported neurodivergent identity and diagnoses — including ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, OCD, Tourette's Syndrome, social anxiety, sensory processing disorder, executive functioning challenges, or other categories you choose to share.
• Self-reported mental and emotional health context — including reflections on attention, focus, emotional regulation, stress, and personal experiences that you describe in free-text quiz answers or chatbot messages.
• Information about prior coaching or therapy — whether you have previously worked with a coach, therapist, or other clinician.
• Contact details associated with the above — your first and last name, email address, and phone number, so we can deliver your results and follow up about coaching.

We collect consumer health data only directly from you. We do not buy, license, scrape, or otherwise acquire consumer health data from third parties, data brokers, public records, or social media platforms.

We use your consumer health data only to:

• Generate your personalized Neuro-Archetype result, blueprint, and coaching recommendations.
• Match you with an Ideal Minds coach and prepare that coach for your discovery call.
• Communicate with you about coaching, scheduling, and updates you have asked for.
• Improve our coaching curriculum and the quiz, in aggregate and without identifying you.
• Comply with our legal obligations and protect the rights or safety of any person.

We do not use consumer health data for advertising, profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects, or any purpose unrelated to delivering the Services you requested.

We share consumer health data only with the following categories of recipients, and only for the purposes listed above:

• Ideal Minds founders and coaches. When you submit the quiz or contact form, the information you provide is delivered as an email notification to a small, named distribution of Ideal Minds founders so we can review your request and match you with a coach. If you become a client, the relevant intake information is shared with your assigned coach.
• Service providers acting on our behalf. Amazon Web Services delivers our internal email notifications. A third-party large language model provider powers the IdealMind chatbot. These providers process consumer health data only on our behalf, under contractual confidentiality and security obligations, and only for the purposes we authorize.

We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not share consumer health data with advertising platforms, with our analytics provider (Google Analytics 4), or with any other party for advertising or unrelated purposes. Our analytics provider does not receive your quiz answers, your Neuro-Archetype result, your chatbot messages, or any other consumer health data — only general site-usage events such as page views, navigation clicks, and event counts.

If you are a Washington or Nevada resident, or otherwise covered by a state consumer-health-data law, you have the right to:

• Confirm whether we are processing your consumer health data, and access the specific categories of data we are processing.
• Withdraw your consent to our collection or sharing of your consumer health data at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect any processing that already happened.
• Request that we delete your consumer health data, and that we direct any service providers that received your consumer health data on our behalf to do the same.

To exercise any of the rights above, email info@idealminds.ai with the subject line "Consumer Health Data Request." Please include enough detail for us to verify your identity and locate your records — for example, the email address you used when submitting the quiz or contact form. We will respond within forty-five (45) days. If we need more time, we will tell you why and provide an estimated response date.

If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response email within thirty (30) days. We will respond to your appeal within forty-five (45) days, explaining the result and our reasoning.

If your appeal is denied and you are a Washington resident, you may submit a complaint to the Washington Attorney General's Office at atg.wa.gov/file-complaint. Nevada residents may submit a complaint to the Nevada Attorney General's Office.
